On October 10, the Electoral General Meeting of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) was successfully held in Hanoi. Thomas Sim was officially elected as FIATA President for the 2025-2027 term, along with newly elected Senior Vice Presidents, Secretary General, Treasurer as Presidency and Vice President pledging to drive global collaboration, digital transformation, and sustainable logistics.

The event brought together 1,200 delegates from over 100 countries and territories, featured 124 exhibition booths, 34 sponsors, and implemented transparent carbon emission measurement, moving towards the Net Zero Events standard for the global logistics industry.
