FIATA’s influence in Asia-Pacific and globally underscores Indonesia’s strategic role in the international supply chain. The organization has become a leading thought-leadership forum for multinational logistics companies, facilitating policy dialogue and collaboration on pressing issues like e-commerce, cold chain distribution, green logistics, and digital transformation. FIATA’s digital initiatives—especially the FIATA Bill of Lading—support faster, cheaper, and more secure multimodal shipping, while its training programs ensure global standards and professionalism in logistics services.
